Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location unspecified. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care within a busy surgical environment. The OR Nurse will handle a variety of complex surgical procedures, including Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) and Craniotomy, as well as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS), Plastic Surgery, and Dental Surgery cases. The position requires experience in scrub and circulate duties, with the flexibility to float to other healthcare facilities as needed.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse (RN) License, Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of 3 years of OR experience, and previous travel assignment experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Handle a broad spectrum of open and endoscopic surgical cases, including free flap reconstructive procedures, utilizing advanced surgical equipment and techniques such as robotic systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submittal Requirements: Candidate must have experience with Epic charting system, charge nurse experience, and at least one year of patient ratio experience. References from the most recent employer are required.
• Start Date: November 17, 2026, with an end date of February 16, 2027.
