Job Summary:
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurses are needed in a healthcare setting located in Bridgeport, CT. These positions involve providing specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from anesthesia across various surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neuro, general surgery, GYN, urology, robotic, and cranial cases. The roles require experienced professionals able to work in a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Position: PACU Registered Nurse
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required; minimum 23 years of PACU experience; location in Bridgeport, CT; scheduled shift is Days; 40 hours per week, including two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts.
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, including two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts.
• Shift Details: Days.
• Additional Information: Positions involve weekend call responsibilities, with up to 3 call shifts within a 6-week schedule. The PACU provides care for orthopedic/total joints, neuro, general surgery, GYN, urology, robotic, and cranial cases.
