Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care within a fast-paced environment. The RN will utilize the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join the organizations emergency services team. Responsibilities include utilizing clinical expertise to perform assessments, develop and execute patient care plans, and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Required Qualifications: Education verification, Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and either Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Trauma Nursing Specialist (TNS).
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN is expected to participate in clinical and operational activities including documentation, medication administration, family education, and escalation procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal care quality.
