Job Details

• Position Description: Assignment for 16-26 weeks in a Medical Surgical with Telemetry unit, with a schedule of 3 days of 12-hour shifts one week and 3 days of 12-hour shifts plus an 8-hour shift the next week. The schedule requires every other weekend or adjustments to meet patient care needs.
• Qualifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; NY license or proof of application with applied date; minimum of 1-year experience; prior travel experience; charge nurse experience; EPIC electronic record experience within the past 2 years.
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  • IVS to OFFER
  • Monday to Sunday shifts with no block schedules
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
  • Reliable transportation required due to no public transit accessibility
  • Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April
