Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse based in Puyallup, WA. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center with 375 licensed beds, including mental health and rapid response areas. The role involves caring for a wide range of patient acuities, including trauma, sepsis, COVID-19, STEMI, and strokes, with a high geriatric population.
• Required Qualifications: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), 2 years of ER experience, recent EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Orientation begins with badge and EPIC training, followed by mental health and front unit hours, then a 12-hour shift with a preceptor. Telemetry competency required and must be completed prior to start. Support on site includes ER techs, security, social work, pharmacy, and educational resources.
• Submission Requirements: Applicants must meet all qualifications and be available to start on 10/05/2026 with assignments ending on 01/09/2027.
