Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The position involves providing high-quality perioperative care in a busy surgical unit that offers a variety of procedures excluding Ophthalmology and Bariatrics. The role focuses on assisting with surgeries, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a sterile environment to support clinical excellence.

Job Details

Shift: Evenings, 12:00 PM 12:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, open to candidates with no minimum years of experience, and located within a reasonable distance to the facility
Certifications Required: BLS
Schedule: Evening shifts, totaling 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Additional Information: The unit is equipped with advanced technology including Davinci XI Robotic Surgical System, Mazor Robotics, Cori Surgical Robots, and Velys navigation systems. The team is experienced, utilizing Meditech documentation system, and operates 24/7 including weekends. The unit is a Level 1 trauma and Level 2 pediatric trauma center, offering a fast-paced environment renowned for excellent patient care. Candidates suitable for this role should be adaptable to a high-acuity setting and comfortable working with a diverse patient population.
