Description
Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at a healthcare organization. This assignment involves providing obstetrical care to labor and delivery patients during all phases, including antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal care. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, leadership, and adherence to hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act. This is a contract position scheduled for night shifts, with a duration of approximately three months.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with alternating weekends; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications; candidate must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility; minimum of 1 year of labor and delivery nursing experience and 0 years of additional experience.
