Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse in a clinical setting. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the scope of practice for interventional radiology procedures. The nurse will support patient care before, during, and after interventions, ensuring safety, education, and proper follow-up for patients undergoing IR procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/18/2026 to 12/17/2026
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, 0+ years of nursing experience, located in California
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role requires effective communication in English. The nurse will be responsible for triaging patients' physical symptoms/arrhythmias, coordinating care for imaging procedures, assisting with cardiac stress tests, and providing patient education related to cardiovascular health and procedures. The nurse will participate in transitioning patient care, updating medical records, and maintaining confidentiality according to HIPAA standards. Responsibilities also include supporting policy and protocol development, continuous professional development, and collaborating with cardiology teams.
