Job Summary:
Gastroenterology Laboratory (GI LAB) specialist in Bakersfield. This position involves delivering specialized nursing care within the GI Laboratory setting, following established standards and protocols. The role includes supervision of nursing staff, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality patient outcomes through careful assessment, planning, and education.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
