Job Summary:
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse in a clinical setting. This position involves monitoring vital signs, managing airway and pain, assessing surgical sites for complications, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. The role requires collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams to provide high-quality postoperative care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan state license; BLS (AHA) certification; 2 years PACU experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Position involves on-call nights and weekends (rotation with current staff). Weekend on-call only, not scheduled. Key responsibilities include patient monitoring, airway management, symptom and pain management, assessment and intervention, and documentation. The assignment runs from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026.
