Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position is available at a healthcare provider in a hospital setting. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The OR Nurse is accountable for ensuring high-quality surgical care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing patient-centered support throughout surgical procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification related to perioperative nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Uses proper body mechanics and safety precautions during patient care activities. Contributes to the improvement of patient outcomes and participates in ongoing professional development.
