Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting, supervising staff delegation, and supporting facility leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care. The role is based in the surgical unit on dayshift hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and a minimum of 0 years of experience in the operating room setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous OR nursing experience and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, validate competency of clinical staff, and ensure proper resource management related to patient care.
