Description
Job Summary:
Orthopedic Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in a healthcare facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. This role involves providing high-quality care to geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients (13 and older) on a specialized orthopedic floor. The nurse will support post-operative joints, bariatric, trauma, and other surgical patients with a focus on teamwork, assessment skills, and compassionate care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Tennessee, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and at least 1 year of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong assessment skills, motivated teamwork, and excellent customer service.
- ** float:** As Needed/Must be willing to float.
- Additional Information: Orientation is weekly on Mondays. All clinical staff must have required certifications prior to the start date. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility. The assignment begins on 09/21/2026 and concludes on 12/21/2026.
