Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Ishpeming, Michigan. This position involves providing comprehensive care to adult patients in a general medical-surgical unit within a critical access hospital. The role requires delivering quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient recovery and safety.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) license, current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, Michigan state nursing licensure, 1 year of relevant clinical experience, and ability to work in the scheduled shift.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical units, advanced certifications such as PALS or TNCC, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Additional Information: The role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and following hospital policies and protocols. The position is a new/expanded service line within the facility, with an expected start date of 10/12/2026 and end date of 12/26/2026.
