Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a designated territory. The role involves providing patient care through scheduled visits, completing documentation promptly, and delivering quality home health services. The position starts on 09/28/2026 and ends on 12/28/2026 with a schedule of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Valid license in hand. Minimum of 0 years of experience, with at least 1 year of relevant home health experience, OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC). Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required. Timely communication and documentation are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information:
- OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) in Home Health.
- NO First Time Travelers.
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application.
- All travelers must have an active drivers license, personal transportation, and be flexible with the territory.
- On-call rotation may be required, to be discussed during the interview.
- All travelers are required to attend orientation on Monday.
- Modules are billable and completed during orientation.
- Former permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months before returning as travelers, and must be approved by Human Resources.
