Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) operating in a surgical unit specializing in spine and joint procedures at a healthcare facility. This seasonal travel role involves supporting complex surgeries including spine fusions and total joint replacements. It requires a flexible, team-oriented professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and technical excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/21/2026 to 12/21/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLSDORA) and National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTA); current hospital-based operating room technician experience of at least 6 months; experience with large spinal fusions including anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF), oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF), direct lateral interbody fusion (DLIF), anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF), and artificial disc replacement (ACDR); appropriate licensure or credentialing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with spine and joint scrub procedures; familiarity with advanced surgical equipment and modern technology.
• Additional Information: On-call requirement with a 30-minute response time; candidates should be adaptable, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
