Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing position in Southern California. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients within the emergency department, adhering to established standards of care and utilizing the nursing process. The position includes supervising and directing nursing staff, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a safe and healing environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, ER experience preferred, Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor required, Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Additional Information: The position involves collecting and analyzing patient health data, developing and implementing care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, providing patient education, participating in discharge planning, delegating duties, and performing other related duties. Experience in an acute care facility and EPIC electronic health record system proficiency are required. The assignment is scheduled to begin on 09/28/2026 and end on 12/27/2026.
