Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is located in an acute care setting. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population with an emphasis on telemetry monitoring, requiring strong clinical skills and the ability to interpret strips independently. The position is scheduled for day shifts, with a rotation of weekends and holidays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing school; recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience of 2+ years; current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing; CPR, ACLS, Epic experience required; must be separated from the organization for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience
• Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. The unit does not have Tele Techs; all RNs are required to read and interpret their own strips. Testing during onboarding includes ECG/Tele tests and medications tests pass/fail is required prior to acceptance, with a score of 85% needed to pass. Flu vaccination required unless medical exemptions are approved. Candidate must be able to test within 48 hours of confirmation and pass on the first attempt.
