Job Summary:
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Specialty nurse position in a healthcare facility environment. The role involves providing immediate postoperative recovery care for patients, with a focus on ensuring patient stability and safety following surgical procedures. The position requires adaptability to acute care settings with a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour days, with shifts during the day and a minimum of 40 hours per week. This assignment runs from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.

  • Unit includes PACU, Pre-operative, recovery, and Gastrointestinal (GI) laboratory
  • Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
