Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in a fast-paced healthcare setting specializing in adult patient care. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality clinical care to patients with diverse medical needs, including hypertensive urgency, stroke work-ups, cardiac monitoring, and acute infections. The position requires dynamic and adaptable nursing skills in a collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 1-year travel experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, current healthcare provider certification, and valid Nursys License verification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience on a medical-surgical floor, multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This role supports short-stay patient populations with focus on hypertensive urgency, stroke work-ups, titratable cardiac drips, acute infections, cardiac work-ups, and ESRD. Candidates should be prepared to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic unit environment.
