Job Summary:
Interventional Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology (IR) at a healthcare facility in Hartford, Connecticut. This position involves highly trained vascular and neuro interventional procedures, requiring the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role demands proficiency in various technical skills with an emphasis on vascular and neuro interventions, along with experience in an emergency or trauma setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), CT license, at least 1 year of related experience, and the ability to work on weekdays evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred Qualifications: VI (Vascular Interventional) advanced certification, EPIC (Electronic Health Record) proficiency, Siemens Level 1 Trauma STROKE center trained, and experience in both scrub and circulator roles.
- Additional Information: Seeking a highly trained IR technologist with expertise in vascular and neuro interventional procedures. The candidate must be capable of performing both scrub and circulator skills, and demonstrate competency in trauma and stroke center protocols. On-call duties are required during weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays.
