Description

Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN position is located in Springfield. This role involves assisting with complex cardiovascular procedures, including device implantations and ablations. The RN will work closely with surgeons, radiologists, and interventional radiology teams to ensure high-quality patient care in the EP laboratory setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, from 10/12/2026 to 01/11/2027
  • Required Qualifications: Current RN License eligible for licensure in Missouri or licensed in Missouri; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; 1 year of EP lab experience; no specific experience requirement for this role beyond 0 years.
  • Preferred Certifications: ACLS from American Heart Association
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Experience scrubbing electrophysiology cases including device implantation and ablations is preferred. Candidate must be capable of manipulating angiography equipment, evaluating digital images, lifting and transporting patients, and working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Proficiency in digital angiography equipment, interventional devices, PACS, and computers is necessary. The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods and assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care as needed. Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and communicate effectively in stressful situations is essential.
