Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) located in an acute care setting. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA-Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; flexibility to work days; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an ICU setting, preferably with cardiovascular patient populations; beneficial to have advanced life support certifications.
• Additional Information: The nurse is expected to create a healing environment by providing emotional support, managing patient discomforts, and advocating for patient needs. The role includes educating patients and families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in continuous quality improvement efforts. The position requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and effective communication skills to address complex and rapid patient changes.
