Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing position is located in an organization seeking travel nurses for an 8-week assignment starting on 11/30/2026. The role involves working night shifts, with responsibilities across various units including overflow areas, and requires flexibility to float within related units. Candidates must be prepared to complete mandatory testing and hold current professional certifications.

Job Details:

• Shift: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; at least 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience; ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam; current AHA (American Heart Association) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; documented professional developmental activities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Paths knowledge; charge nurse experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours initially, for a duration of approximately 8 weeks.
• Additional Information: Flu vaccination required during compliance. Candidate must complete ECG/Telemetery and medications tests during onboarding with one attempt only; passing score is 85%. Testing is conducted via Zoom prior to assignment within 48 hours of offer. Candidates should be prepared to float to similar units and overflow areas. All requests for return-to-origin (RTO) must be submitted at the time of submission; no holiday RTO will be approved.
