Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Southern California, delivering specialized nursing care within a busy acute care environment. The role involves overseeing patient care, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality treatment and patient safety. The position requires critical thinking, clinical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ICU experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; EPIC experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN supervises nursing staff, participates in discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and provides patient and family education. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
