Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse for a night shift position. This role involves providing specialized patient care within the flexible scope of the Progressive Care Unit, which supports ongoing patient recovery and stabilization. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), no specific experience required, location within the assigned area, and relevant educational background in nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are advantageous.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting, adhering to hospital protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient safety.
