Description
Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse opportunity in a healthcare organization. This role involves providing specialized neonatal care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, with a focus on supporting critically ill newborns. The position requires compassionate and skilled nursing practice to deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts.
Job Details:
- Location: Not specified
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (A-NNP) certification
- Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
- Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years)
