Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nursing position in the hospital setting. This role involves providing high-level critical care to patients within the ICU environment, requiring specialized skills and certifications to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare team on a full-time basis.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
- 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
- Dialysis, SLED (Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis), or equivalent experience preferred
