Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in Palmer, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care on a unit with 46 beds, including acute and intermediate care. The position requires flexibility to float as needed to manage medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with scheduled night shifts. The assignment begins on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/27/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; 1-2 years of relevant experience; valid licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry monitoring and Med/Surg patient care.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility has an admission/discharge nurse and patient ambulator. Respiratory therapists and security are available 24/7. No intravenous (IV) team or rapid response team is on-site. The unit manages patients with typical adult medical-surgical needs, with expected patient ratios of 5-6 during day shifts and 6-7 during night shifts.
