Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare setting focusing on patient care for long-term residents. The role involves supporting staff nurses with patient treatment and care in accordance with established hospital procedures. Candidates will demonstrate a commitment to patient and family-centered care and work under the supervision of the department manager, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); valid state license for Michigan; minimum of 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) RN experience; current documentation of BLS; if applicable, MI LTC Fingerprinting completion is a plus.
• Additional Information: The organization enforces a strict 3 strike attendance policy effective from 06/01/2024. Any RN contractor absent from a scheduled shift or arriving more than 20 minutes late three times will face immediate termination, unless supported by evidence of communicable disease or hospitalization.
