Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a role located in the Bridgeport, Connecticut area. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the Labor and Delivery department, supporting birthing processes and maternal care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services adhering to facility protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 7:00 AM7:30 PM Shift, with 24 hours of on-call duty per 6-week schedule.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience, Epic electronic health record system experience, and relevant certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certification in obstetric nursing is a plus.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves a start date of 10/05/2026 and ends on 01/03/2027, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
