Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nursing Profession in a regional medical center located in Sarasota. This role involves providing obstetrical care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The position requires clinical expertise in high-risk obstetrics, medication infusions, and patient transport, with opportunities to collaborate with anesthesia, laboratory, and radiology teams.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; experience with high-risk obstetrics, medication infusions such as Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate; ability to start intravenous lines; proficiency in phlebotomy; competency with 12-lead EKGs; experience with patient transport; strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
