Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Professional, Alexandria, LA This position involves providing critical emergency care in a busy healthcare environment. The role requires responding quickly to urgent situations, adhering to established protocols, and delivering high-quality patient care. The shift is scheduled during nighttime hours, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week over a specified period.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification, Educational requirements aligned with Emergency Room (ER) nursing standards, willingness to work at 50-mile radius of the facility, minimum of 1 year of emergency nursing experience, or equivalent certifications and education.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in high-acuity emergency settings, additional trauma or critical care certifications.
- Additional Information: Must have completed Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) prior to submission. This position involves applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for emergency response, maintaining composure during high-stress situations, and delivering patient-centered emergency care.
