Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, Level 2 trauma center environment. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients within an innovative, busy facility serving a broad region. The role requires adaptability to a dynamic setting with varied shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and call shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: NV Registered Nurse license prior to start, AHABLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC or PALS certifications. Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience, including prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Level 2 trauma center, familiarity with high-acuity emergency care environments.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This role may require working major holidays and picking up additional shifts during the schedule period. Travelers should be prepared to assist across departments as needed and work in a high-volume, high-acuity setting.
