Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse - Nights - The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join their team in a hospital setting. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care, focusing on patients undergoing surgical procedures in the hospitals operating suite. The OR Nurse will coordinate and deliver patient care in accordance with professional standards, ensuring safety, quality, and effective communication with the surgical team.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week from 09/28/2026 to 12/26/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a Nursing Diploma or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of Nursing. Must hold an active and current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina. Certifications required include Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience, with ability to circulate for C-sections and triage for obstetrics.

- Additional Information: Candidates must have current and active Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification completed through AWHONN or GE, along with previous operating room experience in labor and delivery. Candidates should be able to circulate C-sections, triage obstetric patients, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
