Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) are registered nursing professionals providing patient care in a community hospital setting. This position involves working in a 28-bed unit on day shifts, with float responsibilities between two hospital locations. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing services to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8/12 shift hours, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: One year of hospital experience; current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association; Epic electronic health record system experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit includes equipment such as Sara Steady, Maxi Move, and Sara 3000. Candidate must adhere to professional appearance guidelines, including appropriate attire, grooming, and infection control practices. The position upholds strict standards for workplace professionalism, dress, and hygiene to ensure a positive image and patient safety.
