Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position available in a medical facility. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care in a surgical environment, with specific experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures. The position requires adaptability for occasional call and holiday coverage, supporting a team focused on patient safety and high-quality surgical outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12 hours shift hours
• Schedule: 36 hours minimum per week
• Start Date: 10/20/2026
• End Date: 01/19/2027
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, minimum of 2 years of OR experience, experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures, certification as a surgical technologist (CST) for CSTs, OR Perioperative 101 training. Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with additional experience in trauma and orthopedic surgery are prioritized.
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable working both day and night shifts as needed. Responsibilities include assisting with surgeries, maintaining sterile fields, and supporting surgical teams. The unit comprises 10 operating rooms with a focus on orthopedics and trauma care. This role may involve occasional floating and on-call requirements, including weekends and holidays.
