Description
Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse position available in a healthcare facility. The role involves caring for patients with complex needs in an acuity-adaptable brain/spine unit. The assignment is a longer-term contract with a scheduled start date of October 4, 2026, and an expected duration of 13-16 weeks.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid license, Nursys license verification, professional Ascension profile, professional references (2 required), and completion of Ascension skills checklist
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in brain/spine units or similar acuity-adaptable units is preferred
- Additional Information: This assignment is approved for a September start, with a contract length of approximately 13 to 16 weeks. The candidate should be adaptable to acuity changes and adhere to the facility's SOPs and safety protocols.
