Job Summary:
The Emergency Room (ER) specialist located in a healthcare facility is responsible for providing urgent care and managing a wide range of emergency medical conditions. This position involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, following established protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in emergency nursing or relevant healthcare professional licensure; applicable education or degree requirements; valid license to practice; minimum of 4 years of experience in emergency care; current CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or TNCC are highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing acute patient cases, utilizing emergency procedures, and adhering to the facilitys SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). The candidate must be skilled in patient assessment, triage, and working efficiently under pressure.
