Job Summary:
Endoscopy Laboratory (Endoscopy Lab) position located at a healthcare facility in the region. This role involves support within the endoscopy unit, assisting with various procedures and patient care activities during night shifts. The position is designed for a dedicated professional prepared to work a consistent schedule over the assignment duration.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include ACLS and BLS. Experience in airway management and PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) is required; GI experience is preferred. Education or experience requirements include 0 years minimum, and the position is open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with gastrointestinal (GI) procedural experience will be prioritized.
• Additional Information: The unit features four procedure rooms and nine PACU bays, staffed by a team of eight registered nurses, five technicians, one X-ray technician, and one transport personnel. Support staff work rotating weekday and weekend call schedules. The unit primarily performs endoscopy procedures, with a focus on airway management and patient recovery post-procedure. Uniform dress code for staff is navy blue scrubs.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
