Job Summary:
The Endoscopy Laboratory (ENDO LAB) specialist position is located at a healthcare facility where the registered nurse will support outpatient and inpatient services across multiple campuses. This role involves taking calls for Endoscopy procedures, including working as an Operating Room (OR) nurse with Endoscopy training or focusing exclusively on Endoscopy clinical care. The position provides flexible shift options with day and evening shifts and requires working approximately 40 hours per week. The focus is on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; variable shift times available. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state nursing license; nursing degree from an accredited program; no minimum experience required; location flexibility within the region; ability to work day or evening shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Endoscopy procedures, operating room nursing, or Endoscopy training. Ability to work flexible shift lengths and times, including call coverage and weekend shifts.
• Additional Information: The nurse will work with outpatient and inpatient populations, with a focus on Endoscopy procedures. The role entails calling responsibilities roughly once a week and every sixth weekend, with flexibility to switch shifts with team members. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability to shift lengths and a commitment to safe, effective patient care.
