Job Summary:
Environmental Services Supervisor - Housekeeping in a healthcare environment. This role involves overseeing the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, supervising a team of environmental service staff, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting patient and staff needs. The supervisor acts as a resource for the environmental services team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 8:00 pm 5:00 am, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or higher; two (2) years of related work experience in environmental services and/or supervising others; ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner; ability to foster teamwork and morale; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service; understanding of budgeting processes; medical, dental, vision benefits; valid California Driver License with an exceptional DMV driving record if assigned to a specific location.
• Preferred Qualifications: Floor care knowledge.
• Additional Information: The supervisor will ensure all daily duties are up-to-date, monitor supply usage, participate in the facilitys Quality Assurance Program, assign and maintain equipment, respond promptly to requests and concerns, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Drilled to perform effectively during the night shift, supporting operational needs during this timeframe.
