House Supervisor Level 1, Environmental Services This supervisory role is based in a healthcare setting and focuses on overseeing environmental services staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. The position involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing staff, and supporting team collaboration to deliver exceptional service within the organization.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: High school diploma, GED or higher; 2 years of related work experience in environmental services and/or supervising others in a service-related field; valid California Driver License and excellent DMV driving record if assigned to CC8443 EVS Professional Office Buildings.
• Schedule: Night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include supervising staff by hiring, orienting, training, evaluating, and coaching; scheduling staff to meet facility needs; ensuring proper supply and equipment management; participating in quality assurance and safety programs; maintaining documentation and records; and responding to concerns promptly and professionally.
• The role requires effective communication skills, environmental services experience, team leadership, floor care knowledge, and a strong work ethic.
