Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Wilson, NC. This role involves providing acute care in a fast-paced emergency department setting, requiring adaptability and strong clinical skills to manage a diverse patient population. The assignment offers a dynamic environment for experienced ER nurses to deliver critical care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Associates of Nursing, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years ER experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE monitors, Meditech electronic health record, and handling patient diagnoses such as respiratory distress, overdose, CHF, dialysis, and hypertension.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This contract is a replacement assignment, with an expected start date of 10/26/2026 and end date of 01/25/2027. The role involves managing a 26-bed ER with patient ratios of approximately 1:4-5, depending on acuity.
