Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) in a nighttime shift located in the healthcare provider's facility. This position involves providing care for adult and pediatric patients on a combined medical-surgical unit with patient ratios of approximately 1:4 to 1:6. The role requires adherence to established clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). The candidate must have a valid license to practice as a registered nurse, with no minimum experience required but preferred to have some prior clinical experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in adult and pediatric medical-surgical units is advantageous.
