Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Neurological (ICU NEURO) nursing position based at a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients with neurological conditions such as neurotrauma, stroke, status epilepticus, and spinal cord injuries. The position requires delivering high-quality patient care within a fast-paced, complex clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, from 10/04/2026 to 01/02/2027
- Required Qualifications: Licensure/certification verification; 2 or more years of strong critical care experience; at least 1 year of travel experience; neuro critical care nursing experience preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for patients with neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, stroke, status epilepticus, and spinal cord injury; experience working with critically ill adults in an intensive care setting
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The ICU features a patient census of approximately 22 adults with a bed count of 24, caring for patients with complex multisystem organ involvement and neurological conditions. Candidate submissions must include verification of licensure and relevant certifications, professional resume, references, skills checklist, and a submission coversheet.
