Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) position in a healthcare facility located in the region. This role involves providing patient care in the emergency department, primarily managing management of admit holds on medical-surgical units and telemetry. The position requires adaptability to work in various units and handle diverse clinical scenarios, with the potential to float to behavioral health annex after orientation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. The shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a schedule that may include every other weekend.
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire (NH) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, up-to-date resume reflecting 2-3 years of emergency room (ER) experience (applicants with closer to 2 years must demonstrate strong, independent clinical skills), drivers license with matching address, and optional Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Med-surg and telemetry, cardiac drip management, and ability to orient to psych annex units. Possession of a current certifications in BLS & ACLS.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Stepdown, Med-surg, and Behavioral Health Annex units (training provided).
• Additional Information: The position covers primary duties in the emergency department and managing MS/PCU admit holds. The role involves working independently with minimal supervision and may include float to various clinical units based on operational needs.
