Job Summary:
Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare organization located in the designated area. The role involves providing high-quality patient care to individuals in a step-down nursing environment. This position requires adaptability to float among medical, stepdown, intensive care unit (ICU), surgical, and oncology units, with a focus on stepdown patients. The assignment begins on 10/11/2026 and concludes on 01/09/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; two years of stepdown experience; prior travel nursing experience; current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; experience working with EMR systems, specifically Epic; ability to float between medical, stepdown, ICU, and surgical/oncology units.
• Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience is advantageous but not required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, with coverage across various units including medical, stepdown, ICU, and surgical/oncology.

RTO or schedule requests must be included upon initial submission; modifications after submission will not be approved. The position requires compliance with a 200-mile radius rule.
