Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a hospital setting located in Denton County. This role involves providing urgent and critical care to patients in a Level III Trauma Center with a focus on airway management, procedural sedation, and resuscitation. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); American Heart Association (AHA) certification required; valid RN licensure; at least 1-year experience in Emergency Room nursing; location requirements include candidates residing within a reasonable distance to the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) membership; experience with ultrasound, IV insertion, and procedures such as airway management, chest tube placement, wound care, and splinting
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The ER department features advanced equipment such as Belmont, SonoSite machine, Arctic Sun, Bair Hugger, and Lucas. The unit supports a fast-paced, collaborative environment recognized for clinical excellence, with dedicated resource personnel including Emergency Resource Nurses and Clinical Staff Support staff.
