Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother Baby in a women and infants unit. This position is located in the labor and delivery department and involves working predominantly night shifts. The role requires providing specialized postpartum care and support, with an emphasis on patient safety and clinical excellence.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts. Every weekend required. This is a flexible position with shifts primarily during nighttime hours.
- Required Qualifications: Active RN license (or compact, if applicable to Rhode Island), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, a minimum of 2 years of recent Mother Baby or postpartum experience, and documented EPIC electronic medical record system experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Additional Information: Candidates with no time off requests will be given preference/considered. No extension is available for this contract. The role starts on 11/02/2026 and ends on 01/02/2027.
